Solutions

1. I am looking for professional images (such as stock photography).

The Creative Center photo library is a free to use library available to all users, providing a wide range of royalty free images. The Creative Center Photo Library can make your marketing materials even more professional with an easy to use, categorized library of photos and images that can be utilized while creating brochures, posters and other marketing materials.

2. I cannot upload a photo or an image. I get an "Uploading unsuccessful" message when uploading photos and images from my computer.

Please check the following:
1. Only JPG (JPEG), GIF or PNG images can be uploaded. Please check the file extension.
2. The maximum number of photos and images you can upload in one session is 20. If you want to upload more than 20 photos and images, you need to upload them in a separate session.
3. You are not connected to the network. Confirm you are connected to the internet.
4. There may be an error with your file. Try to resave your file as a new version and try uploading the file again.

3. While uploading photos and images from my PC/tablet, the loading bar stops and/or is slow.

Depending on the size of your photo or image, it may take some time for the upload to complete.
Please also make sure to check your Internet connection.

4. I get an "Online storage limit" message when uploading photos and images.

Please make sure that the total file size of the photos and the images you are uploading is less than 50MB.

5. I get a "File too large" message when I try to upload the photo and the image.

Please make sure that your photo or image file is less than 5MB.

6. I cannot insert the photo or the image into the photo frame on the canvas.

When you drag the photo or the image from the Photo & Image Library, make sure to drop it exactly on the frame. If the photo or the image is not positioned correctly, you won’t be able to place it directly on the frame.

7. The photo or the image that was dragged and dropped onto the canvas looks grainy.

While working on your project, your photos and images might look grainy on the canvas. The full resolution image will be downloaded once you’re ready to print or save your project. If your photo or image is still grainy after downloading and inserting it into your project, please check the resolution. Make sure that the resolution of the photo or the image you uploaded is at 200 dpi or higher.

8. How can I adjust the position of my photo or image in the photo frame?

Click the "Edit photo & image" button, and you'll see arrows on the photo or the image. You can move your photo or image by clicking each arrow from side to side, or up and down.

9. I want to make my photo or image brighter/darker.

Use the Photo toolbar to adjust the brightness, contrast, saturation, hue etc. of your photo or image. Click on the selected button on the Photo toolbar and move the bar on the slider until you are happy with your new settings.
When you edit using the "Fade" slider, you make changes to the photo, the image and the photo frame.

10. What is the recommended size of the photo and the image when printing A4/Letter size?

The recommended resolution of the photo or the image you uploaded is 200 dpi or higher.
